Our event season runs from May through October as the barn is not currently insulated. Please keep this in mind when planning your event. 

Specific propane heaters can be rented from local suppliers for cooler temperatures. All heaters must be approved by Cherrywood Ridge.

Weddings, conferences, corporate parties, anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays and more. Smaller events require a 5 hour minimum rental, including setup and cleanup. Contact us to learn more.

Weddings are currently booked primarily on Saturdays but we can also host other days of the week. 

During wedding season, if we are booked on the weekends, we only host showers and other smaller events during the week.

Supplies: Cherrywood Ridge currently operates as the venue host, supplying restroom facilities, security (when needed), and tables and chairs for your events.

Referrals: With each event, we make connections with vendors (bakeries, caterers, florists, DJs, etc.) to help you plan your event so ask us for our recommendations on your personal tour. 

Event Layout/Setup: Based on your guest count, we provide options for seating and we have it all set up for you when you arrive. Layouts must be finalized within 30-60 days of your event. 

Parking and transporting: On the day of your special event, we assist with parking and transporting guests up to the barn as needed. Upon conclusion of your event, we transport anyone needing assistance back to their cars. 

Regular Day of Check-ins: Throughout your event, we’re checking in on you every 45-60 minutes to ensure everything is running smoothly. 

*You’ll want to designate someone to communicate with us and your other vendors in your place so you can enjoy your special celebration without the interruption of logistics! 

Yes! This is a new offering we tested out in 2023 and are excited to open up our historical farmhouse to our guests. Our property functioned as a bed & breakfast in the 1930s-1950s so we remodeled a bit to give a little throwback to Cherrywood Ridge’s history. 

Whether it’s the bridal couple or out of town guests, you can add overnight lodging for $300 for your first night. Additional nights are booked at a discount. Ask us more about this exciting offering when you come for your tour! 

You can! If you want to slow down the whole wedding weekend and take your time, you can pay an additional $2,000 and book the full weekend from Friday at 5pm through Sunday at 10am. 

Yes! 

The bride and bridesmaids are hosted on the second floor of the farmhouse with access to a full bathroom. 

The groom and his groomsmen can find their quarters on the lower basement level in the farmhouse with access to a full bathroom. 

We are able to easily partition part of the barn off inside to give you a more intimate feel for a smaller guest count without it feeling like you’re lost in a large space. Come see for yourself on a tour!

Weather and guest count permitting, we can also host on our new patio and cocktail space that’s perfect for a smaller group.

We do not allow self-catering for any weddings. 

You, your friends and family should all be able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about serving the meal!

Caterers also clean up all food service items and trash prior to departing – what a great deal! If your caterer doesn’t mention this, make sure you ask them to help make your day even easier! 

While we do not own our own linens, you can ask us to manage this for you! We’ll handle ordering and returning your choice of colored linens through  asaplinen.com rentals and charge a small fee for our time to manage this for you so you can spend more time doing things that are WAY more fun.
